I offer one on one counselling session online. These sessions can be as regular or irregular as works for you. There is never any pressure to keep coming back if you feel you have found what you need from our conversations or if you feel that I’m not the right fit for you.

In our conversations we will get to know your story, not just the story of the problem, and focus on the kind of future you want for yourself by telling new stories and forgotten ones that align with your values.

The costs are $115 for a 50 minute session.

If you are interested in speaking with me and would prefer to meet in person I welcome expressions of interest. With enough interest I may be able to create a space for in person sessions.
